General

Welcome to the Orian Yakov website (the "Site"). Use of the Site is subject to the terms set out in these Terms of Use and constitutes the user's full agreement to everything stated herein.

These Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply to all genders.

 

Use of the Site

The Site is intended for browsing, obtaining information, purchasing products and booking appointments at the studio. No commercial use, copying or distribution of the Site or its content may be made without prior written approval.

 

Products and Orders

The products shown on the Site are original-design menswear items. There may be slight differences between the images on the Site and the actual product, resulting from photography angles, lighting or different screens.

An order will be considered confirmed only after payment approval has been received.

 

Prices and Payments

All prices on the Site are shown in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise. The Site may update prices, promotions and purchase terms at any time and without prior notice.

 

Cancellations and Returns

Order cancellations will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

An order may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product has not been worn or used and is returned in new condition with the original tags.

Items made to special order or personally tailored cannot be returned.

Refunds, if granted, will be made to the payment method used for the purchase.

 

Warranty and Product Use

The product warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, washing not in accordance with the care instructions, or natural wear and tear.

 

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Site, including designs, texts, images, logo and brand name, belong to Orian Yakov. The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used in any way without prior written approval.

 

Privacy and Data Security

The Site respects users' privacy. Personal details provided on the Site will be used solely for handling orders, customer service and communication.

The Site takes accepted security measures to protect the information.

 

Limitation of Liability

The Site and the brand will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or the products, beyond what is required by law.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed solely by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts in Israel.

 

Studio Appointments and No-Shows

Studio appointments are held by prior arrangement, and dedicated time is set aside for them.

If a customer does not attend an appointment without prior notice, the brand reserves the right to charge a fee of ₪150 to reserve a future appointment.

The fee will be charged in order to schedule a new appointment and will be credited toward a future purchase, if one is made.

 

Materials and Sensitivities

The products sold on the Site are made from various raw materials depending on the model, including but not limited to: cotton, polyester, viscose, Lycra, denim and other raw materials common in the fashion industry. The leather shoes offered on the Site are made from genuine cowhide.

Information about fabric composition and materials appears on the product pages, and the customer is responsible for reviewing it before making a purchase.

Some people may have a personal sensitivity or allergy to certain raw materials. Responsibility for checking personal suitability and sensitivity to materials lies solely with the customer. The brand is not responsible for allergic reactions, discomfort or sensitivities resulting from the use of the products, and is not considered a medical or therapeutic party.
