Shipping Policy

Delivery and Pickup

You can choose between delivery to the customer's address and self-pickup by prior arrangement. Estimated delivery times will be provided when ordering and do not constitute an absolute commitment.

Shipping

Shipping costs will be added to the order according to the customer's selection at checkout and will be displayed at the time of payment.

If an order is cancelled or a product is returned for a reason other than a defect, the cost of shipping to the customer is non-refundable.

The cost of shipping the returned product back to the studio will be covered by the brand, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Cash on Delivery

When choosing to pay in cash upon delivery, the customer will be charged an additional fee that includes:

• 
  Outbound shipping fee

• Handling and payment return fee (return delivery of the cash)

The total cost will be shown to the customer in advance when ordering.

Exchanges and Order Changes

Exchanges or changes of size or model are possible, subject to product availability and by prior arrangement.

In the case of an exchange:

• The cost of shipping the returned product to the studio will be covered by the brand

• The cost of shipping the new product to the customer will be covered by the customer

The shipping cost will be updated and charged when the exchange is made.

General Clarification

The customer confirms that they have read and understood the shipping, return and exchange terms, and that the related costs were presented to them in advance.
